I received elderly abuse treatment from sales person Michaela at the Rio Sul store in Rio de Janeiro. I didnt have my glasses on me and my niece was looking at prices and colors. Your sales person, Michaela started laughing at me with her co-worker and when I asked her, she denied. I then asked to speak to the manager and was told he was off. Ive been buying havaianas all my life and I am visiting Rio. Never have I ever been so humiliated in my whole life. Please take action. My family, friends will cancel havaianas until this is addressed Thank you Denise ciminelli

Havaianas - DID NOT RECEIVED IT AND NO ONE CAN HELP ME

On December 19, 2022, I both a Flip flop as a Christmas gift to my son. The problem is that it was delivered to my old address.

I called them to ask for help and they said that I should call FedEx and request to send it to the right address. I did it and FedEx told me that only Havaianas could do such a request, Fedex said that they needed to contact FedEx and authorize it.

Havaianas keep saying that they can't call FedEx and FedEx keep saying that only Havainas can do it.

I'm trying to call Havainas customer service but no one answers the call. Right now I'm about 28 minutes waiting in line.

I'm feeling like an idiot, I made a purchase at a store that claims to be reputable but no one is able to solve the problem. This is disrespectful to the client.

One simple call to FedEx could solve the problem. Again, I CAN NOT REQUEST IT, ONLY HAVAIANAS CAN.

Flip flop broke at toe. I cannot speak to a rep, the automated message hangs up. These flip flops are too expensive to eat the cost.

I have yet to hear back from anyone! Very frustrated. I understand that with the pandemic a lot of companies have downsized and have customer service staff now working from home which makes direct communication a bit harder. Checking returns credit

I cant even give Havianas a one star customer service rating. I wont purchase any items ever again from Haviana. The return process has been difficult and unnecessarily difficult from the start. The pissed off customer tag is offensive and juvenile to start with. Im not pissed off but massively disappointed in the entire process with.CS. PRODUCTS ARE GREAT - CS is ridiculous.

I have had nothing but frustration in attempting to deal with Havaianas. I ordered a pr. of flip flops in accordance with the size that fit, but upon receipt, they were too large. I sent them back via Fed Ex, and reordered the smaller size. That was early July, was still waiting as of today, July 27th. I had called customer service a week ago expediting my order and looking for the credit for the pr. returned, waited for 1 hr. to talk to someone, was told that my credit will be applied on Aug. 6th, and that my reorder is in stock, but today I rec'd an email indicating my reorder is cancelled. I will never purchase from Havaianas again, and will tell all my Florida friends to stay away from your company! e be

I ordered some flip-flops in 2020, took them out of the box last week to find (it was obvious before I put them on) that the left was shorter than the right. Because I am on the upper size of the Hav 4-5, and the smaller size of the 6-7s, I always opt for the 4-5's as I prefer smaller. But my left food is hanging over the edge due to the size difference. Havaianas have refused a return/replacement as I have had the item for over 30 days (tags still on, still in box/unsealed). I have a brand-new pair of flip-flops that I can't wear or sell, and I'm expected to pay for another pair. Apparently the moulds differ in size. Not a shoe size they don't.
